Dates and documents in the order they happen
Which document each school needs, when its balance is due, and what a visa application asks of you. You get the sequence early, not in the week before you fly.
A room confirmed before you land
Residence, homestay or shared apartment, chosen from the lists the schools publish and paid on the same invoice as the course — not a link sent to you after you arrive.
Someone is there when you get off the plane
Airport pickup, a local SIM, your first day at the school, and a check on you within 48 hours. After that, a number that a person answers — in Arabic.
