The invoice comes from the lines you approved. If a number changes, we tell you why first.
The process
Six steps, and you know the cost at step two
Nothing is committed until you have a written quote: school, room, every fee, one total. Here is each stage.
Tell us what you want
How long, roughly when, your level, and what you need the English for — university, work or IELTS. In Arabic or English.
We need: your name, a contact number, and your rough dates. Nothing else yet.
We send options and a written quote
Up to five schools that fit. Each shows the course, the room, registration and placement fees, insurance, the transfer, and one total.
You get: a quote with a validity date, what is included, and what is not. No payment at this stage.
You choose, we apply to the school
We fill in the school's registration and submit it. Each asks for something slightly different — Cape Studies wants a passport photo.
We need: your passport, and the documents that specific school requires. We will tell you exactly which, and the deadline.
Acceptance, then one invoice
The school confirms your place and we invoice from the quote you approved. Deadlines are theirs — Good Hope 14 days before arrival, International House 21.
Important: if you need a visa, pay as soon as the booking is confirmed so the school can issue your supporting documents in time.
Room, transfer and SIM
We confirm your room, book the pickup and arrange a SIM. Three schools include the transfer with their rooms; two charge, and the fee is on their page.
We need: your flight number and arrival time, at least 14 days before you start.
Arrival, and the days after
We meet you at Cape Town International, take you to your accommodation and walk you through your first day. We check again within 48 hours.
You get: an arrival pack, your first-day instructions, and a number that a person actually answers.

How payment actually works
Deadlines belong to the school
Each school sets its own deadline and cancellation terms. Both are in writing before you commit, and on every school page.
A screenshot is not a payment
A payment is marked received once it clears — so your place is never held on money that has not arrived.
On visas. Depends on your passport. We write the school's letter and tell you what they need; the application is yours to make with the embassy.
